SPENGA is the first studio of its kind to put equal focus on Cardio-Strength-Flexibility all in one 60 minute workout. Join the SPENGA Crew today! THE HOURS ARE M-F 4:00pm - 7:30pm and Weekends 6:30am-1pm. These are amazing hours and you do have the option to pick up more hours if you like. We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, eager to learn person that is able to handle a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Cultivate genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests
Deliver exceptional sales and service experience to all members and guests
Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
Sell memberships and retail
Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
Maintain a clean studio and sanitary studio at all times

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

With 70+ studios running and 340+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
