As the Studio Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our SPENGA studio, from managing finances to promoting our unique fitness brand. You'll play a key role in driving membership sales, building lasting relationships, and creating a positive and empowering environment for both staff and clients.

What We Are Looking For:
Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
Strong leadership and management skills
Proven ability to create an inspiring and successful environment for staff and members
Sales experience, preferably in fitness or high-end services
Willingness to learn and embrace SPENGA's unique fitness philosophy
Energetic and positive personality
Motivation, drive, and excellent customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

Exceed sales and member retention goals
Manage all operational aspects of the studio, including payroll, scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team
Build relationships and foster community through events, outreach, and partnerships
Ensure accurate and timely reporting
Promote and embody the SPENGA culture both inside and outside the studio
