Job Overview
SPENGA is a boutique fitness studio combining spin, strength training, and yoga into one powerful 60-minute workout. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate who enjoys building relationships, delivering great customer service, and helping people commit to their fitness goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a community-focused environment and prefers consultative sales over high-pressure tactics.

Responsibilities
- Sell fitness memberships and retail products
- Meet and exceed sales and retention goals
- Greet and assist members and first-time visitors
- Support new member onboarding and follow-up
- Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes
- Maintain a clean, organized studio
- Represent the SPENGA brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required (fitness, retail, or high-end services preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fitness background or certifications are a plus, but not required
- Weekend availability preferred

Compensation: $14.00 per hour

SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
