Fitness Membership Advisor – SPENGA Boutique Fitness Studio
Part-Time | Hourly + Commission
Love fitness, people, and a positive team environment?
SPENGA is seeking an energetic Fitness Membership Advisor to help grow our community. This role combines member experience, relationship-based sales, and fitness culture in a boutique studio environment.
You’ll help prospective members discover SPENGA, guide them through membership options, and create a welcoming experience that keeps members engaged.
Current or former boutique fitness members strongly encouraged to apply.
About SPENGA
SPENGA combines spin, strength training, and yoga into one powerful 60-minute workout. Our studio is built on community, accountability, and helping people feel stronger and more confident every day.
Responsibilities
• Welcome members and first-time guests
• Introduce prospects to the SPENGA experience
• Guide membership conversations and sales
• Follow up with leads and prospective members
• Support new member onboarding
• Assist with studio setup/reset before and after classes
• Maintain a clean, organized studio
• Represent the SPENGA brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

Qualifications
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in health and fitness
• Weekend availability preferred

Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or boutique studios is a plus.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
SPENGA is an exciting, rapidly growing company, with the goal of bringing the Best. Workout. Ever. to every neighborhood. SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
